Fruit Dehydrators

In the bazaars dried fruits can often be seen and this is a good source of food with longer “shelf life.” Usually this supply of food is sun dried, but low cost dehydrators can greatly increase the period that dried fruits are available. To successfully provide food dehydrators to disadvantaged people requires thorough evaluation and adequate training. Special consideration must be given to how the dehydrator will remain in the possession of the intended recipient.
